Cordero en la Montana
Three lamb loin chops seared and baked to tender medium, serve on a bed of root vegetables, bell peppers, and artichoke hearts. Accompanied by a goat cheese tzatziki sauce. 


Grilled Octopus
Smoked paprika and olive oil marinated octopus leg laying on top of patatas bravas, spiced potatoes, and tomato sauce.

Spanish classic rice dish with, mussels, shrimp, chicken, Spanish chorizo, artichokes, bell peppers, tomatoes, and olives.

Mediterranean Chicken
Tempting chicken thighs with sundried tomatoes pesto, onions, capers, and bell peppers.
